their total rewards philosophy and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy,
including compensation and benefits
Lead global total rewards programs, ensuring alignment with
business goals and market trends
Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to optimize
talent attraction and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of global total rewards experience, including benefits and
compensation management
Experience in a high-growth SaaS company and leading a global total
rewards team
Proven ability to shape total rewards strategies and engage with
executive stakeholders
Experience with variable compensation methodologies and design
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent
experience
