Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transition Manager to provide
consulting services for project management in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all areas of project management from initiation to
completion, including planning, design, and construction
Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, resource
requirements, cost estimates, and schedules
Implement project documentation governance and ensure data
integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience,
or a combination of experience and education
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to calculate complex figures related to financials
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
