A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Account
Manager - Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of accounts and drive customer adoption and value
strategies
Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities
within accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to develop risk mitigation and
growth strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account
Management, or Customer Success
Experience in quota-carrying roles with a history of meeting
performance indicators
Strong contract negotiation skills with a successful track
record
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
