Global Channel Incentives Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Channel Incentives Manager to assist with incentive budget planning and program management.



Key Responsibilities

Design and implement global partner programs aligned with strategic objectives
Develop and manage global partner incentives, including discounts and rebates
Track financial performance and ensure effective funding allocation to partners


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
8+ years of experience in partner programs or channel sales, preferably in technology
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel dynamics
Proven experience in managing complex incentive programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM
