Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Health Benefits Analyst to
provide analytical and consultative support for employee benefit
offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor procurement assignments and analyze vendor
responses
Collaborate with CRMs and clinical teams on wellness programs and
client presentations
Analyze complex data related to health benefits and prepare reports
for consultants and clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of experience in health benefits,
managed care, or underwriting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with advanced
skills preferred
Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience with vendor programs and financial analyses
Ability to review and ensure accuracy in the work of other
analysts
