Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel (Marketing Legal)
to provide legal support to its Marketing, Communications, and
Design organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on marketing materials' compliance with laws
and internal policies
Draft and negotiate commercial and licensing agreements related to
marketing and advertising
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with
global privacy frameworks
Required Qualifications
6+ years of relevant marketing legal experience in-house or at a
law firm
Deep understanding of industry-specific contract terms and
commercial contracting practices
Expertise in reviewing content for compliance with laws and
policies
Working knowledge of data protection frameworks such as CCPA and
GDPR
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and
operational efficiency
