Job Description:
A company is looking for a 3rd Shift Bilingual (Korean/English)
Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support to Korean and English speaking
users via phone, email, or chat
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including
password resets and remote assistance
Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper
ticket management
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in both Korean and English languages
Ability to work weekdays from 7:00pm - 3:00am EST
6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support
role
6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional
industry
High School Diploma or GED
