Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Human-Centered Design (HCD)
Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Develop insights and solutions by interpreting user behaviors and
advocating for user needs
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product
strategy and validate design concepts
Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate design-thinking sessions
to translate research insights into actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of client-facing professional experience in
design research or human-centered research
Hands-on experience in an Agile software development
environment
Experience in servant leadership roles utilizing methodologies such
as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
Deep understanding of web technologies and Lean User Experience
Design
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field such as User Interface
Design or User Experience Design
