Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management
Architect/Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy Organizational Change Management (OCM) solutions
for Microsoft enterprise customers
Lead OCM delivery teams and manage customer meetings across LATAM,
the United States, and Canada
Drive customer and business outcomes through effective change
management strategies
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of OCM experience, or
a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience
Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification is required
Professional experience in driving organizational change and
consulting
Experience in leading change programs for enterprise-level
technology migrations
Experience with technology adoption programs focused on M365
Copilot, Data & AI, Azure, or Dynamics
